How to start a return

1. Log in to your account at returns.rokfit.com:
   • Enter your email address and click Continue.
   • Open the email from RokFit, copy the six-digit verification code, and return to the online store.
   • Enter the verification code to log in.
2. Select the order you want to return:
   • If your order contains multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.
   • Choose a return reason and, if necessary, add a note for our team.
3. Click Request Return.
   • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label (for domestic orders only).

Once your product is returned and processed, you will receive a refund for the product cost (original shipping costs are non-refundable) or an exchange confirmation (if applicable).
