How to start a return

U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS

1. Access the Portal: Visit returns.rokfit.com and enter your Order Number and Email Address (or Zip Code).

   Select Items & Choose Resolution:

   • Exchange: 100% Free return shipping ($0 fee) on all size, color, or product swaps.
   • Store Credit: 100% Free return shipping ($0 fee) + Extra 10% Bonus Credit added to your gift card.
   • Refund: Refunded to original payment method (a flat $5.00 return label fee is deducted).
2. Get Label or QR Code: Download your prepaid USPS shipping label, or save the digital QR code to your phone for printerless drop-off at any USPS location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. Submit Return Request: Visit returns.rokfit.com within 60 days of delivery to initiate a return request for Store Credit or Refund only (exchanges are not available internationally).

   Ship Your Package: Once authorized, mail your return using your preferred insured carrier service to:

   • RokFit, Inc.

     (International customers are responsible for return postage and customs/duties fees).
