    • How to Start: Visit returns.rokfit.com and enter your Order Number and Email Address (or Zip Code) to choose your replacement gear.
    • Fast Processing: Your replacement item will be prepared and shipped once your return package is scanned in transit by USPS.

International Orders:

    • Item exchanges are not available for international orders. International customers may submit a return for Store Credit or Refund within 60 days of delivery (customers are responsible for return shipping postage).
