How does the RokFit Rewards program work?

It’s simple! We don’t use complicated points or tiers. Instead, you get 10% back in store credit on every single order. Once your order ships, the credit is automatically added to your account to use on your next purchase.

How do I sign up?

There is no separate sign-up form. As long as you create a customer account with us (or log in to your existing one) when you make a purchase, you will automatically earn credit.

How do I view my Store Credit balance?

To see how much credit you have, you must be logged in to our website.

1. Click the Account/Login icon in the main menu.
2. Log in with the same email address you used for your previous orders.
3. Your total store credit balance will be visible on your Account Dashboard or via the rewards widget.

How do I redeem my credit?

Your credit is ready to use as soon as you are ready to checkout!

1. Log in to your account.
2. Add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
3. On the payment screen, you will see an option to Apply Store Credit to your total.
4. You can use as much or as little as you like.

I made a purchase but I don’t see my credit. Where is it?

If your credit isn't showing up, check the following:

• Did you log in? For security reasons, store credit only appears if you are logged into your customer account. It will not show up if you check out as a "Guest."
• Did you use a different email? Credits are tied to the specific email address used on your previous order. If you used janedoe@work.com  last time and logged in with jane@gmail.com  this time, the system won't see your credits.
• Has your order shipped? Credits are issued after the order ships, not immediately after the order is placed.

Do my credits expire?

No! Your credits are yours to keep until you are ready to use them. 

Can I use store credit with a discount code?

Yes! Since your rewards are issued as Store Credit (like a digital gift card) rather than a discount coupon, you can typically combine them with other sales or discount codes at checkout.
